I have worked as an Occupational Therapist in the vocational rehabilitation industry for over 30 years. During my time in the UK, I worked with a prominent start-up rehabilitation company. Frustrated with the lack of reporting from the case management system, I developed my own reporting tools, which were eventually adopted companywide.
I continue to work in the industry today, providing reporting services to vocational rehabilitation companies nationwide. I clean and adapt data from case management systems to deliver one-click and no-click reports that feed straight into insurer-mandated formats. I also customise reports for internal use, helping improve both the quality of service provided and the data being collected.
